This venue boasts an unbeatable and stunning location, extremely close to shops, the beach, and town, offering a very good breakfast with a wide variety of choices, including french fries.

The location was good, nothing bothered me. I enjoyed the hotel's the food and staff. In general, the venue was very clean.

The staff here were friendly and knowledgeable, the pool was fantastic, and I enjoyed some fizzy drinks at the pizza bar.

The facilities are quite comfortable, beautiful and clean, and the buffet breakfast really good value. It takes only few minutes to walk to Platanias main road and the beach. The pool area of the hotel looks also nice. Unfortunately we didn't use it because the weather was exceptionally cold in mid-April 2011.

The airconditioner (=heater) in our room did not function. Finding the hotel was not easy and took time, there aren't any proper signs. Hint: take the narrow road uphill from the Platanias main road at the corner of Zephyros restaurant.

Quiet and wonderful accommodation with stunning setting not far from Chania which is about half a hour as well as main shops and restaurants. Large and immaculate rooms with lovely views over the sea.

The breakfast offered here is exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food options, and the room is impeccable with newly renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Very good hotel!! Large room, quite and friendly atmosphere. Cleaning ladies made a very good job and the staff was very friendly and helfull. We will come back !!

The distance from the sea. About 600 meters but it was only 4 minutes walking, so was ok!!

The hotel was very quiet and safe even though all the rooms were full. It's a nice place to stay. It's close to Platanias beach and fairly close to many other places that are nice-to-see. Meticulous cleaning by the cleaning staff. Very nice pool.

The reception staff was not existent. We arrived on Sunday morning and there was noone there until late noon. On our departure, on Staurday morning (08:10) there was noone that could issue our receipt. They had to send it by regular mail. The reception would open after 0900 and the ship was leaving at 1000 (the port is more than 45 minutes drive from the hotel).

The location was excellent with multiple outdoor seating options at the restaurant, and the staff were exceptional.
